Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We ship nationwide across Malaysia via trusted couriers such as J&T Express, PosLaju, or Ninja Van.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–8 working days

Shipping fee: RM8–RM12 (flat rate)

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
3. International Shipping 🌍
We currently ship to selected countries including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia.
Delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Please note:
Perfumes contain alcohol and may be subject to air transport restrictions. We will do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but customs clearance delays are beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link.
You can track your parcel using the courier’s website.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing every order.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at [🔧your email here] with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will assist with replacement or refund after verification.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
KISSAVA Perfume is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.
